  • Overview of Lean, Agile, and Rapid Prototyping
  • Case studies of successful MVPs

Week 2: Research + Design Thinking(Sprint) & Problem Validation

  • Identifying user problems & pain points
  • Conducting lean user research (interviews, surveys, focus groups, trends)
  • Problem-solution fit vs product-market fit
  • Competitive analysis and landscape scan
  • Running a Design Sprint and Validating the Problem

Week 3: MVP Scope & Feature Prioritization

  •  Define the core value proposition
  • Feature prioritization frameworks (MoSCoW, RICE, etc.)
  • Drafting a lean PRD, User Story, Acceptance Criteria and other specification authoring

Week 4:User Experience Design, User Journey and Prototyping

  • How to create clickable prototypes

Week 5: MVP Building

  • Choosing Your Tech Stack and designing your Technical Infrastructure

  • Setting up simple back-ends or databases (Airtable, Supabase)

Week 6: User Testing & Feedback Loops

  •  Usability Testing and How to test MVPs with users
  • Prioritizing feedback and deciding what to iterate
  • Product Backlog Grooming and Release Planning :

Week 7: Launch & Early Growth

  •  Defining your MVP launch goal (validation vs revenue vs learning)
  • Launching on Product Hunt, etc
  • MVP launch & traction techniques
  • Early-stage valuation methods (e.g., problem size, traction, comparable, etc), legal and fund raising methods
